No. The Parent Empowerment Pathway is a coaching and education programme, not therapy.

My role is to help you understand your child’s anxiety, behaviour and emotional needs, while giving you practical, evidence-based strategies that you can confidently use at home. Many parents tell me that simply understanding why their child behaves the way they do brings an enormous sense of relief.

Many women come to me when they are feeling confused, overwhelmed or unsure about their relationship but they are not necessarily looking for clinical treatment. They are looking for clarity, validation and a way forward. This is a supportive, forward-focused space designed to help you understand yourself and your relationships more clearly.

The programme is designed for parents rather than children. Whether your child struggles with anxiety, clinginess, emotional overwhelm, school worries, low confidence or you’re navigating neurodiversity, the programme helps you better understand their needs and respond in ways that build connection, confidence and resilience.

Absolutely. Every child is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. My approach is child-centred and neurodiversity-affirming, recognising that children experience and respond to the world in different ways. Rather than trying to change who your child is, we’ll explore strategies that work with their individual strengths, needs and way of processing the world.

Many parents say this when they first get in touch. They’ve read the books, listened to podcasts, followed parenting advice and tried countless strategies without seeing lasting change.

Often, the missing piece isn’t another technique – it’s understanding what’s driving your child’s behaviour in the first place. When you understand the “why,” the “how” becomes much clearer.

No. I’m not here to tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. My role is to help you understand your child more deeply, so you can make confident decisions that feel right for your family.

You know your child better than anyone else. My job is to offer the knowledge, tools and confidence to trust your own instincts along with practical scientifically proven strategies that will not only help you and your child today but last you both a lifetime.

You’re not alone in feeling that way. Many parents feel like this, so you’re not alone here. When parents come to me they’re often carrying guilt, self-doubt and the feeling that everyone else seems to be coping better.

This is a judgement-free space where you can be honest about what’s been difficult. Together, we’ll focus on what’s happening now and the small, meaningful changes that can make a big difference for your child and your family.

Not at all. Many families seek support long before a diagnosis and some children may never need one. Whether your child has a diagnosis, is on a waiting list or you’re simply wondering if anxiety or neurodiversity might be part of the picture, you’re welcome here.

Every child and every family is different, so there’s no set timeline. However, many parents notice changes in themselves first. As you begin to understand your child’s behaviour differently, you’ll often find yourself responding with greater confidence and calm. Those changes can have a powerful ripple effect on your child’s sense of safety and emotional wellbeing over time.

That’s absolutely okay. This programme is designed for parents, so your child doesn’t need to attend sessions. Of course, if they want to hop on and say ‘hi’ that they’re very welcome.

The changes begin with you. As you develop new ways of understanding and responding to your child, you’ll often notice positive changes in how they respond too.

Yes. There is no judgement here. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, exhausted or simply unsure what to do next, you can ask anything. Every parent’s journey is different, and my aim is to ensure you feel heard, understood and supported throughout the programme.

That’s completely okay. Reaching out for support is a big step and it’s important that it feels right for you at this moment in time.

If you’re not quite ready to join the programme, you can continue exploring my resources until the time feels right. And when you’re ready, I’ll be here to support you.

Many parents worry they’ll need both parents involved. Some parents I have worked with are single parents  or their partner is unable to attend every session.

Please do not worry, this programme is designed especially to support you and your child.  Positive change begins when adults feel confident in their ability to provide the help and support their child needs and when children feel seen, heard and understood.
